1.  How To Register
  1. Login or sign up for a New User Account here: https://icrms2022.meetmatt-svr.net
  2. Click “Meeting Registration” on the left menu and follow the on-screen instructions to register and pay fees.
2.  Fees & Participation
  1. At least one author presents the accepted abstract/paper and pays the registration fees by 01 Jul 2022 10 Jul 2022
  2. Each paid registration fee covers one presentation. The maximum limit is 3 presentations, additional fee applies for each additional presentation.
  3. At the time of registration, ID of the abstracts to be presented must be provided.
  4. Participation will only be confirmed upon receipt of the online registration form and fee payment.
  5. ICRMS no-show policy: The organizing committee reserves the right to exclude any unpresented papers (oral or poster) from the proceedings to IEEE Xplore®
  6. There will be no refund for registration and cancellation/withdrawal.

  2. Prices are fixed and include all applicable taxes

3.  Registration Policies
  1. Membership ID must be provided at the time of registration if you select Member Category.
  2. Students are required to upload a scanned copy of the student status proof (e.g., a letter issued by the school or the matriculation card) at the end of the registration process. The proof document must be in English and contains minimally the following information:
    • Student name
    • Student matriculation number (student ID with photo)
    • Expiration date (Expiration/Expected graduation date should be later than the conference date)
    • University name
  3. Each paid fee covers the presentation for ONE accepted abstract/paper only. Additional fee is HKD 2,000 to present an additional accepted abstract/paper. Each author may register and present up to THREE accepted abstracts/papers maximum (One as main author and another as additional papers).
  4. Registration confirmation is subject to payment being received. Once payment is received, the transaction records can be viewed / printed online.
  5. Authors are expected to register and attend the conference. Only camera-ready manuscripts that are IEEE Xplore® compliant can be included in the conference proceedings. Please note that this is not an undertaking by the program chair that accepted papers will appear on IEEE Xplore® and be indexed on the EI Compendex. Indexing decision is made by the organization(s) concerned.
  1. Authors need register and pay by 01 Jul 2022 10 Jul 2022 in order to have their papers included in the conference proceedings.
  2. There will be no refund for registration withdrawal/cancellation.

4.  Payment Method – Choose ONE Only
4.1  City University of Hong Kong is the fee collecting agent for ICRMS2022.
Online payment by UnionPay (银联) / VISA / MasterCard / Alipay (HK/China) / WeChat Pay / FPS HK in Hong Kong Dollars only.
4.2  Any payment related disputes/queries and chargebacks will be handled by City University of Hong Kong. Please email City U to icrms.2022@cityu.edu.hk
